Our aim is to engage with the local community to ensure they join us on the journey that Broughton is now on in terms of its on-going redevelopments for the future, which will give the park, and the community that relies upon it, a place people prefer.

We aim to connect with each visitor, exceeding expectations by offering a wide selection of stores and a pleasant experience whilst on the park.  As a team we pledge to always be welcoming and approachable and we will continually strive to improve our knowledge and understanding.

We’re aware the impact the centre has on the local environment such as noise, traffic and waste.  To help minimise this, we work closely with our tenants, waste contractors and local authority to monitor our activities.  We understand traffic can have an impact on the local area at peak times, so we will continuously aim to improve the traffic flow within the centre and the surrounding area.

On site each year we hold a Jobs Fair in conjunction with Job Centre Plus.  Many retailers will participate, advertising their current vacancies and promoting their brand.  The last fair that was held attracted over 800 potential candidates! There are often vacancies on the park which can be found on our website under ‘Jobs’.

We now partner up with Chester University and provide a work based placement for their business studies students.  The student spends five weeks shadowing the centre manager on the day to day duties of running of Broughton.  They get to see the many different aspects of a centre manager’s role and get a feeling for how a park of our size operates.
